We are an authorized Warranty Repair Center for Ridgid, Ryobi, and Hart Power Tools and Outdoor Power Equipment. We do the repairs right here.

You can either bring your unit into our shop during our normal business hours, or you can ship it to us via, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you ship your unit to us, you need to include a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, email address if possible, and what the problem is with your unit. If possible, include a copy of your receipt. There are some instances where a receipt is needed.

RIDGID offers a Lifetime Service Agreement on most of its products. To qualify for the LSA, you must register your unit within 90 days of purchase and submit a copy of your purchase. You have to purchase your product from either Home Depot or Direct Tools.

RIDGID PRODUCTS come with a 3-year warranty unless you register for LSA. This includes batteries.

RYOBI PRODUCTS – gas-powered and 18v units have a three-year warranty. All their batteries, 18v and 40v, have a 3-year warranty. Their 40v units have a 5-year warranty.

HART PRODUCTS come with a 3-year warranty, including their batteries.
